Work Schedule

The RN Charge nurse candidate must be available to work everyother Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday Night from 7p - 7a.

Qualifications

The Charge Nurse candidate must possess the following:
- Current Maryland RN License
- BLS certification
- 3 years experience in clinical nursing
- Strong Leadership skills

Responsibilities

The Charge Nurse provides guidance and direction to the nursing team to assure respectful resident care. Takes accountability/ responsibility for the financial management of the department through active monitoring of resource consumption. Actions and attitude that contributes to the critical success factors of the organization (i.e. Best place to work, Most extraordinary experience, Superior outcomes, Financial success for reinvestment, A growing organization vital to the community, and Valued as a faith-based organization).
