GLFHC has an excellent opportunity for a Director of Nursing to work in a busy family practice setting!  

Seeking an energetic, dynamic experienced Director of Nursing to oversee RN's, LPN's and medical assistants for all clinical locations. Responsibilities will include: providing professional leadership and administrative direction to nursing and assigned clinical staff.  Ensures compliance with all clinical and JCAHO regulations while fostering quality patient care.

Qualifications:

RN, BSN, required, MS preferred.

10-plus years of clinical management experience in an ambulatory setting.

Knowledge of PCMH required.

Demonstrated experience working with a diverse workforce and patient population.
Ability to foster team work and open, honest communication.

            Proven success in a fast past environment with an ability to make solid decisions and recommendations.
