Home Care Registered Nurses

Full Time or Per Diem Positions (Weekdays or Weekends)


Visiting Nurse Home Care is looking for qualified RNs to work in the home care environment. This is an exciting opportunity to work in this fast growing area of healthcare. Be part dynamic team working towards the goal of keeping patients where they want to be---in their own home.  As a Registered Nurse (RN) you will provide skilled professional nursing care to the patient and family/ caregiver as prescribed by the physician.  As a RN in the field, you will be responsible for the initial and ongoing assessment of the patient.   You will support the individualized plan of care and recommend revisions to the plan as necessary including plans for discharge/transfer.  This position involves ongoing consulting with and educating the patient and caregivers.  The RN works in concert with other interdisciplinary team members, assessing home environment and teaching patient and family/caregiver.

Job Requirements:

·         Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing preferred

·         Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Rhode Island and Massachusetts

·         Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Registered Nurse in med/surg; ICU; Emergency Room or Home Care

·        Valid driver’s license
