At Home Rehab is a locally owned home health agency based in Grand Rapids, MI.  We are looking for a per diem RN to join our growing team.  You would have the opportunity to have a flexible schedule with as few or as many patients as you would like as the agency expands.  There is an on call requirement of one weekend/week per month to address after hours visits and nursing related phone calls.  If you enjoy working with patients one on one and have strong assessment skills, then this position may be right for you. 

Requirements:

Associates Degree

Current RN MI license

Current CPR certification

Minimum of 2 years of experience in acute care, home care or related area

Home care experience preferred
