We are well established and we provide: PRN, temporary, temp to hire, and permanent work for highly qualified Registered nurses, Licensed Vocational Nurses. PRN Nursing Agency of El Paso LLC’s aim is to provide a professional, quality and cost effective service with a caring and humane touch.

We aim to provide 24-hours service as a contribution towards easing the staffing problems in Hospitals, Nursing homes and the community. We aim to recruit and retain the most highly qualified and experienced staff for the job

Requirements

• At least 1-2 years of recent experience in a clinical setting
  
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing or vocational schooling
  
• Current state license or Certification (in good standing) as a Registered or Licensed Vocational Nurse 
  
• Current CPR license
  
• Up to date vaccinations

Duties 

• 
  
   Responsible for the delivery of patient care that promotes safety and well-being of all patients throughout the organization in the assigned departments.
  
  
• 
  
  Responsible for the delivery of patient care through the nursing process of assessment, diagnosing, planning, implementation, and evaluation. . 
  
  
• 
  
   Collaborates with other professional disciplines to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery and the achievement of desired patient outcome.
  
  
• 
  
  Supports the organization vision and mission. 
  
  
• 
  
  Utilizes knowledge of patient's age and cultural diversity into the provision of patient care.
  
  
• 
  
  Contributes to the provision of quality nursing care through performance improvement techniques that demonstrate positive outcomes in patient care.
  
  
• 
  
  Other duties as assigned.
