Women's Med-Surg Nurse
 
As a women's medical-surgical nurse at Andrews Women's Hospital at Baylor All Saints Medical Center at Fort Worth, you'll know you're making a difference in your patients' lives. Our nurses are expert practitioners and valued partners on the women's health team. They improve patient outcomes with evidenced-based practice - and they're recognized for their accomplishments.
 
Baylor's nurses are empowered to make decisions that improve patient care. We are committed to a shared leadership model that encourages all staff nurses to be actively involved in setting the clinical policies and procedures for their unit.
 
Our new women's medical/surgical unit at the Paul and Judy Andrews Women's Hospital provides advanced care for women and their needs. Patients in the fast-paced, 18-bed unit undergo treatment for a number of medical and surgical conditions, including gynecologic and urologic surgeries.
 
Andrews Women's Hospital opened in March 2008 and offers comprehensive specialty services and hotel-like amenities including a spa, in-room massages, room service and accommodations for patients' families. It was designed with nurse and physician input every step of the way. Nurses there work in a warm, soothing, technologically advanced environment that's dedicated to the special needs of women of all ages. Women's med / surg nurses can cross-train to post partum as well.
 
We have career opportunities available for women's med-surg nurses at Andrews Women's Hospital. We have flexible work schedules that accommodate a work/life balance, including days, nights, Two-Day Alternative (TDA) and PRN.
 
Requirements
If you have six months of hospital experience as a registered nurse in med-surg or women's services and CPR / BLS certification, consider joining Andrews Women's Hospital.
