NICU Nurse

At Baylor Health Care System, we offer you more than a job. As a NICU nurse, you'll be a vital part of a dedicated medical team that's working together to make a difference in the lives of our tiniest patients.

Baylor's nurses are empowered to make decisions that improve patient care. We are committed to a shared leadership model that encourages all staff nurses to be actively involved in setting the clinical policies and procedures for their unit.

Our NICU nurses work in technologically equipped yet family-centered units, focusing on the very special needs of critically ill newborns. Using their strong assessment, critical thinking and decision-making skills, they prescribe, delegate, coordinate and deliver patient care, ensuring that care meets our high standards of safety, effectiveness, patient rights and guest relations. They also supervise the care delivered by the patient care team, coordinate care plans, educate patients' families and staff and collaborate with other disciplines.

All current NICU openings are available on our website www.baylorhealth.com.

Andrews Women's Hospital at Baylor All Saints in Fort Worth opened in March 2008. The four-story facility was designed specifically for women's health needs, with nurse and physician input every step of the way.
