Responsibilities include:



* Resident assessments

* Care planning

* Supervision of care associates

* Staff training

We seek the following qualifications:



* Current RN licensure in good standing in residing state.

* An Associate's Degree (A.A) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or six months to one (1) year related experieince and/or training

* Solid ability to interact and build relationships with older adults.

* Strong organizational and documentation skills. 

* Strong team building and mentoring skills. 

* Prior long term care and/or Skilled Nursing experience required.

* At least one year experience in restorative preferred
