About the Job
Celebrate Caring at Colonial Hill of Rochester Care and Rehabilitation Center, an affiliated center of SunBridge Healthcare and a leader in long term and rehabilitative healthcare. We have an opportunity for a Registered Nurse, RN at our 79-bed facility located in Rochester, NH. Previous home health or long term care experience required. Full time: M-F 3p to 11p shift. Per diem: 1st/2nd shifts.
In this role you will be responsible for assessing and providing direct nursing care to the residents and supervision of nursing activities performed by Nursing Assistants, State Approved, in accordance with current federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.
* RN in state of employment.
* Long Term care experience a plus.
* Current CPR Certification.
* Positive attitude towards the elderly.
* Ability to understand regulations, policies and procedures.
* Good verbal and written communication skills.
* Computer skills required to perform duties.
