VITAS Hospice of Central Florida is currently seeking a compassionate RN to work on their Team visiting hospice patients who live in local area Nursing Homes.  This position covers the western Orange County area of Orlando. 

The VITAS Nurse is a member of the interdisciplinary team and is the pivotal person in identifying the physical, psychological, social and spiritual needs of the patient and family. Initiates appropriate intervention and support for the patient and family upon admission to VITAS and provides a continuously appropriate, comprehensive and responsive plan of care.

• Qualified candidates must be currently licensed as a Registered Nurse.
•  Minimum two years experience with your RN license in the areas of medical/surgical, with hospice or home health, experience preferred.
•  Must have reliable transportation with appropriate insurance coverage.
