Responsibilities:

This is an exciting Full Time, growth-oriented, opportunity for a nurse to apply their medical training and experience to transition into a staff development and supervisory role.  The RN Team Leader will provide leadership to the assigned team and is responsible for team development, office visit planning, and managing the daily nursing assignment for the designated medical area.  Additional responsibilities may include providing staff training, assisting in the provision of direct patient care, medical assessment, implement infection control procedures, provide telephone triaging, and provide health education to patients, coordinating follow-up care, providing practice management support.

Qualifications:

MA license required.  1-5 years of nursing experience within a community health center, urgent care, or health education environment preferred.  Bilingual/Bicultural (English/Spanish or English/Portuguese) preferred.  Strong communication and organizational skills required.  Previous nursing experience with emphasis on community nursing health education and urgent care preferred.
