Wellness Director - Registered Nurse (RN)



Since 1994, Assisted Living Concepts has designed residences to be a true home to older adults who need some assistance with activities of daily living such as eating, bathing, dressing, and medication management. This combination of housing and services provides an affordable alternative that encourages independence for individuals who do not require the 24-hour continuous skilled nursing care provided by broader institutional health services providers. Our care givers treat each resident with respect and provide the care they need while fostering dignity and self-esteem in a home-like setting.

 

We are currently seeking a Registered Nurse to assume the Wellness Director position for Sawyer House located in Eugene.  This position is 8 hours per week and offers a flexible schedule!



Job responsibilities include:

  • Clinical oversight

  • Medication administration

  • Assisting with staff training

  • Resident assessments/case management

  • Pharmacy coordination

  • Regulatory compliance

Job Requirements:


We are seeking a Registered Nurse, licensed in Oregon.  The ideal candidate will have strong skills in planning and organizing.  Good communication is essential.  Experience in geriatric nursing a plus.
