Monday - Friday Days, Office position, Medicare Certified Home Care Bayada Nurses, Home Care Specialists, is currently seeking a full-time Registered Nurse Clinical Manager in our Baltimore, Maryland office. The successful candidate must be a Registered Nurse who has demonstrated clinical and managerial experience within a Medicare Certified Home Health Agency. MUST HAVE MEDICARE CERTIFIED HOME CARE EXPERIENCE. As Clinical Manager, you will have responsibility to direct and coordinate the care provided by a multi-disciplinary team of home health care professionals. Job Responsibilities include: processing incoming referrals, management and mentoring of field staff, coding care plans using ICD-9 codes, reviewing all clinical documentation including OASIS, monitoring quality assurance, and overall case management. $5000-10,000 SIGN ON BONUS FOR EXPERIENCED CANDIDATES. Requirements: A current Maryland Registered Nurse license. 3 years nursing experience. 2 years recent Medicare Certified Home Care experience. Comprehensive knowledge of the Medicare Conditions of Participation. Thorough understanding of OASIS documentation and ICD-9 coding. Strong management and leadership background. Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
