Bayada Nurses is looking for Registered Nurses in the Hyannis/Lower Cape Area. We have IMMEDIATE openings for a licensed RN who would like to be a member of an experienced home health care team that provides skilled nursing care to clients, affording them the opportunity to remain at home and receive the medical care required. The ideal candidate will be responsible to adhere to the established client care plan and Physician's Plan of Treatment, perform assigned duties, including administration of medications, treatments, procedures per policy, and monitor the client's condition. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited too, reporting any changes in client's condition to the Clinical Manager and physician via verbal orders, makes on-going additions to clients care plan, performs client assessments, prepares and submits clinical notes in a timely fashion, is reliable and punctual, demonstrates an appropriate attitude, and meets deadlines for on-going in-service training and health screening requirements.
