Description: 

We are currently seeking a Registered Nurse for our Louisville (South), Kentucky home health agency on a PRN basis. The Registered Nurse will provide, coordinate and direct the provision of home nursing care.

Requirements:

1. Current, unencumbered state license to practice as a Registered Nurse.
2. Minimum one year of nursing experience required.
3. Current CPR certification.
4. Ability to assess patient status and identify requirements relative to age specific needs.
5. Reliable transportation, current driver's license, and auto liability insurance.
