Physician Office-Based Ambulatory Infusion

IMMEDIATE OPENING:

Infusion Nurse (PT/PRN)

Newark, DE  (C141)

Day to Day Duties:

o        Comprehensive Nursing Assessment

o        Establish IV Access

o        Patient Teaching and/or Instructions of Medication and Disease Process

o        Medication Administration

o        Patient Safety, Monitoring, and Follow Up

o        Managing the Nursing Functions of the Site

·          Coordinating Patient Care with Pharmacist and Physician

Requirements:

o       At least 2 years experience as a   Registered Nurse

o       Strong IV skills

o       Home Infusion Experience preferred
