RN  /ONCOLOGY NURSE FOR NIGHTS /GREAT PAY AND OTHER INCENTIVES


University affiliated 200-bed facility with high financial performance and endowments SEEKING RN WITH ONCOLOGY EXPERIENCE FOR THE NIGHT SHIFT

The hospital offers easy highway access, numerous local attractions including coast, country and bullet train to NYC.

They offer 12 hour shifts with a great benefit package The position is full time with every other weekend and holiday coverage. The pay range is $30-$41 per hour depending on experience.
They also have great differentials for evenings, nights and weekends:
Evening Differentials -  $1 per hour
Night Differentials  - $2 per hour
Weekend Differentials per hour - $1 for days; $2 for evenings; $3 for nights
WORKING NIGHTS ON A WEEKEND ENTITLES THE RN TO BOTH DIFFERENTIALS ($5 PER HOUR).

The Registered Nurse functioning within the Patient Centered Care Model will assess, plan, implement and evaluate care for a group of patients, collaborate with health care professionals, coordinate ancillary staff, and demonstrate professional growth and development. Must be able to provide appropriate care for patients served according to the unit's scope of practice.

REQUIREMENTS
Two years oncology experience and certificate preferred.
