- Retain and expand block of clients
- Develop client and vendor relationships
- Face to face meetings with clients and vendors
- Perform periodic client reviews
- Conduct and participate in client/prospect oriented seminars
- Staying informed on market trends and new product introductions
- Strategic planning and counseling with existing clients
- Recommending suitable securities products
- Managing/Mentoring a Direct Report
- Keep database and files up to date and compliant. Be proficient in appropriate software skills
- Sales goal performance
- Complete annual Firm Element and as required FINRA continuing education
