Regulatory Affairs Coordinator (m/f), 80%

The Regulatory Affairs Coordinator is responsible for project work e.g. preparation of local artworks, publication of label texts and coordination of translation assignments.

In addition you the Regulatory Affairs Coordinator will administratively support the Head Regulatory Affairs and the Regulatory Affairs Managers and will organize various administrative tasks.

This is what you can look forward to:

  • Provide project management in initializing, preparing, reviewing and approving local artwork for packaging components (patient information leaflet, folding carton etc., if applicable submission of artwork to local Health Authority)
  • Close collaboration with manufacturing plants
  • Carry out processing of publications of professional and patient information on the AIPS platform
  • Provide support to the Head Regulatory Affairs and the Regulatory Affairs Managers in carrying out projects
  • Manage all Certificate of Pharmaceutical Product (CPP) requests including needed legalizations
  • Collaborate with artwork Hub and translation Hub colleagues as well as submission Hub colleagues to ensure particular support is appropriately aligned with local requirements
  • Acquire orders from the Pfizer E-Buy system, confirm receipt of goods, process and forward invoices
  • Execute general administrative tasks

    What you offer:

  • Academic degree in natural sciences or equivalent education
  • Good knowledge of medical terminology
  • Good knowledge of German and English, moderate knowledge of French, knowledge of Italian is of advantage
  • Very good computer skills.
  • Strong skills in coordination, organization and time management
