Regulatory Affairs Review Specialist / part-time (clinical research)
National Jewish Health has a part-time (20 hours per week) position responsible for the regulatory activities pertaining to expedited review of initial submissions and amendments in conjunction with the institutional human subject protection program. During the ongoing review process, reviews and assures the integrity of the submissions, Institutional Review Board (IRB) clinical study files, and federal grants, for coherence and agreement with federal regulations and institutional policies.
Knowledge and Skills Detail oriented and excellent analytical skills. Proven interpersonal communication, and organizational skills. Good command of the English language, both written and verbal.
Education Bachelor’s Degree in Biology, Chemistry, Behavioral Science, Health or Nursing required.
Certification and Licensure CIP or CIM preferred.
Work Experience A minimum of three (3) years of clinical research experience required. Experience working with IRB processes, and knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare preferred. - or - Any equivalent combination of Education and/or Experience
