Regulatory Compliance Manager

   ONEOK, Inc. is a diversified energy company involved in the distribution, acquisition, gathering, processing, marketing, transportation and storage of natural gas and natural gas liquids.  We are seeking a Manager of Regulatory Compliance for our Tulsa, OK headquarters.

The Primary Responsibilities for this position include:

·         Establish and manage performance expectations for NGL Operations compliance group

·         Develop and implement systems and processes to identify and comply with all applicable ONEOK, regulatory, and statutory requirements, all permit conditions and all plan commitments

·         Develop and implement EHS compliance strategy, programs & measures that drive improvement

·         Agency submittals are completed, reviewed for accuracy and completeness and submitted by the due date

·         Emerging issues and regulatory changes are identified, evaluated and managed.

·         Compliance tasks are managed systematically and target dates are defined & communicated and are not exceeded

·         Measures adequately communicate compliance status to stakeholders and improve decision making for the operating group

·         Integrate compliance programs across differing cultures resulting from acquisitions of operating assets

·         Implement contractor selection and management programs that result in compliant contractor performance with applicable ONEOK and regulatory requirements

·         Lead and/or participate in a compliance audit program that improves compliance and communicates performance to stakeholders

·         Implement compliance information management systems to manage compliance records in an organized and efficient way

·         All employees are familiar with the regulations and commitments applicable to their responsibilities and take a proactive approach toward achieving compliance expectations

Qualifications/Experience:

·         BS degree in science discipline

·         15 years experience in a compliance role

·         5 years experience in a compliance manager role

·         Strong experience and knowledge of the following compliance programs

·              Environmental – Title V, PSD, LDAR, CEMS, Benzene NESHAP, SPCC, RCRA

·              Health and Safety – PSM, Air Monitoring, Safe Work Practices

·              Other – Security, Pipeline Transportation, HazMat Transportation

·         Midwest state requirements (TX, KS, OK, IA, IL, CO)

·         Selecting, developing, evaluating and coaching compliance personnel

·         Natural Gas Liquid gathering, fractionation, storage and distribution operations
