Uline seeks a Regulatory Compliance Specialist at its Corporate Headquarters in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin (south of Milwaukee).

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor and ensure Uline products are compliant with U.S., Mexico and Canada import regulations.
• Monitor and ensure products and documentation meet all federal and state regulatory requirements.
• Manage import and export licenses and approvals from U.S. and foreign regulatory agencies.
• Maintain the Classification and Regulatory databases.
• Organize import and export shipments and documentation requirements with other departments.
• Oversee associated record keeping.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Knowledge of U.S. import regulations and the ability to classify products using the Harmonized Tariff Schedule.
• Import / Export experience a plus.
• Strong process and technical skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
