RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide ongoing development, administration, and consultative services for the sustainment of company occupational and general liability safety and health programs. Provide staff assistance and guidance in the administration of regulatory training requirements to maintain compliance with all federal, state or other requirements; with the primary emphasis on heavy equipment training and report generation and analysis. Manage the CPR program for Safety & Health.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: (These are the minimum qualifications you need to be considered for the job.)
* Associate's degree in related field or equivalent work experience
* Minimum one (1) year training experience
* Demonstrated strong time management and organizational skills
* Demonstrated effective presentation and networking skills
* Demonstrated computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, DDC, and LMS)
* Proven knowledge of regulatory training requirements
* Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
* Demonstrated ability to interface with all levels within an organization from upper management to front-line employees

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience
* Demonstrated experience in training on heavy equipment
* Demonstrated experience in the development and implementation of training materials
* Proven experience educating/training other trainers
