We currently are recruiting for the following opportunity for our outpatient rehab clinic:
Physical Therapist with a clinical expertise in sports medicine, orthopedics, or manual therapy, with teaching and leadership experience, for our new Rehab Coordinator position. This position is ideal for a PT looking for a promotional opportunity, but to a position with a focus on clinical achievements instead of administration.
Primary duties include, coach and mentor staff toward clinical excellence, orientation and training new therapists, assist staff in establishing professional development goals, design and implement future program growth for outpatient services, and assuring patient and physician satisfaction with therapy services. Will also provide evaluatation, treatment, plan of care directions and goals of patients referred for physical therapy .
