Job Description: Release Manager/Workstream Lead (Fleet Management Program)

Telecommute option is available as long as candidate resides within the Colorado area

Lead the development and management of the Fleet Management integrated release plan, including tracking and managing the Fleet Management components and program interdependencies
Manage the cross-program dependencies between Fleet Management program and SAP Quote to contract Program
Work with the IT professionals on the analysis and design processes to drive the right solution
Candidate must have a strong background in services program development and deployment
Manage multiple release cycles (Quarterly releases requiring synchronization across several other IT projects)
Lead the development and documentation of use case scenarios and test cases
Manage, perform and coordinate Lead User project and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Coordinate the creation of documentation for support, training, etc.

Requirements:
8+ years of experience in a services business environment, preferably in Remote Support Services
Specific knowledge in release management for a multi-phase program developed in a virtual environment to be deployed globally, including war room experience during test phases leading to deployment
Experience with complex projects leading release and requirements management
Experience in documenting and analyzing business requirements based Lead User work/rapid prototyping with users
Experience in working with SAP IT professionals on the analysis and design processes
Use Case and Test Case best practices knowledge and experience
Participated through full lifecycle of a significant a customer-facing enabling technology implementation
Ability to work virtually and cross-functionally with minimal supervision
Project Management / Facilitation / presentation skills
Demonstrated success at driving change in processes across organizations
Experience in risk management planning across a global program, including business and IT projects
Ability to analyze and solve complex problems


Desired Experiences / Skills:
PMI PMP certification preferred Process engineering background
Global project experience

Education (minimum/desirable):
A Bachelor's degree in business, IT, Engineering or related industry discipline

Pay Rate: $30.00 - $36.00 Hourly DOE
