Requirements B.S. Mechanical Engineering is a must Paper
Machine experience required



2-4 years 
Self-starter requiring minimal direction  CMMS/SAP experience preferred Planning tools and procedures
Project management



Job Duties:



The Reliability/Planning Engineers role is to lead efforts
to reduce unscheduled downtime equipment and improve overall equipment
reliability in the Paper Machines area; perform outage planning and execution
(both monthly & annual); utilize the RCFA (Root Cause Failure Analysis)
process to identify problem root cause and determine corrective actions;
perform downtime analysis to identify improvement



needs, assist in prioritizing reliability improvement
efforts, lead efforts for cost control. Other duties



include: Ensure that equipment is performing effectively and
efficiently Initiate and complete RCFA (Root Cause Failure Analysis) as
required Identify, develop, and manage capital projects Troubleshoot



chronic issues and develop action plan to minimize impact on
equipment availability Develop, implement, and sustain reliability best
practices Perform effective outage planning and execution (monthly &
annual) Business management รข  lead
efforts to monitor and control expense spending SAP business  requisition, goods receipts,
notifications, work orders, etc. SAP maintenance develop and ensure accuracy of
BOMs, PMs, functional locations, etc. Work with Stores on inventory



obsolescence, accuracy, replacements Assess spare parts
requirements   store stock see



Development of key reliability metrics Provide technical
guidance for the preventive and predictive maintenance programs Development and
implementation of capital appropriation requests (AR)Monitor new reliability
tools and procedures Monitor shop qualifications and quality standards for outside
contractors Promote equipment standardization Establish and monitors programs
