Our client discovers, develops, manufactures, and markets leading prescription medicines for humans and many of the world's best-known consumer brands.  They are looking for a Reliability Engineer.

Job Duties include:

Eliminate process and equipment problems (defects, wear, fatigue, design inadequacy) using root cause analysis and permanent countermeasures.

Lead problem solving and work coordination discussions

Develop trouble report documentation and metrics for equipment failures

Develop maintenance standards and guidelines

Requirements:

BS in Engineering (mechanical preferred)

5 years work experiences in a manufacturing environment

Demonstrated problem solving and troubleshooting

Ability to lead and train others

Demonstrated experience in improving Preventive Maintenance Programs, Reliability Centered Maintenance, Root Cause Analysis

Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
