Perform standard installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, repair,  and calibration on company/customer electronic and electromechanical equipment such as radar, sonar, communications, aids to navigation, and autopilots.  Work from service manuals, schematics, test procedures, and wiring diagrams to repair equipment and return to serviceable condition.  Perform troubleshooting using oscilloscope, DVM, multimeters, and RF test equipment.  Knowledge of electronics to identify and correct deficiencies in equipment using standard practices for repair of electronic equipment.  Perform standard calibration, cleaning, and maintenance as required.  AS in Electronics, or high school diploma and 5 years experience.   FCC License required and two (2) years of related marine experience preferred.
