Replenishment Manager

The Replenishment Manager will gather, analyze, define and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications which detail the approach to address and resolve the business needsThe Replenishment Manager will handle multiple projects simultaneously.


  • Monitor Instock, Fill Rates, Purchase Orders, Inventory levels, and the transitions of items and promotions
  • Analyze trends and troubleshoot issues
  • Develop the recommended customer’s monthly usage of product for internal forecasting
  • Communicate and provide insight to help resolve daily issues within Incomm and with the customer to ensure the customer’s goals are achieved
  • Provide and validate new item forecasts and any unusual demand
  • Manage all production committee activities
  • Work with all product teams to understand sales trends and product lifecycle trends
  • Performs other duties as assigned


Job Requirements:
  • 3-5 years business analysis experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Experience documenting business requirements and artifacts
  • Experience in navigating cross-functional teams
  • Strong verbal and written communications
  • Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
