Job Responsibilities:
EFI Electronics Corporation by Schneider Electric, a leader in surge protection products, seeks a full time Technical Customer Care Agent.



The Technical Customer Care Agent will provide general technical-commercial support for customers, particularly regarding technical information on products, prices, application information during the pre-sales and post sales process. Will resolve and close, or escalate, technical customer queries. Take ownership and ensure customer satisfaction before closing the request. Develop skills relating to new products, technologies and applications. Participate in the customer care center's continuous improvement process: complaint management, knowledge management. Liaise between customers and company, specifically after-sales and marketing regarding product quality returns by initiating warranty/claims with follow-up responsibilities insuring customer satisfaction.



Qualifications:

The position requires 3+ years of direct experience in the electronic industry. Applicants must have at least a high school diploma, an associate degree in electronics a plus. Thorough knowledge/understanding of electrical components, experience in reading electrical prints, specifications, panel schedules, one-line/riser diagrams a plus. Ability to identify, trouble-shoot and resolve customer challenges including follow-through to ensure customer satisfaction and issue resolution. Applicant must demonstrate strong communication skills, computer skills and attention to detail.
