Job Description:
Adecco has a great opportunity for one of the leading employers in the St. Charles County area. Associates will be required to perform the following: Contact and work with corporate relationship accounts to resolve Repurchase issues, either by facilitating the repurchase of the accounts or getting the repurchase issue "cured". Coordinate loan repurchase process on behalf of CitiMortgage to minimize losses. Locate documentation to support losses on loans which have repurchase claims. Prepare loss summary and totals correlating to documentation. Copy and aggregate claim file documentation. Update information to repurchase system. Job Experience:
Applicants must have 2 years of mortgage related experience, understanding of the mortgage origination and underwriting process for both first and second mortgages. Must be good with Microsoft office applications, have knowledge of default/collection strategies and secondary market policies are a plus. Strong interpersonal and phone skills required; strong organization, communication, time management and decision making skills are a must.
