Kforce is seeking a Requirements Analyst for an Austin client.
Functions Include:
Performing needs analyses to define opportunities for new or improved business process solutions
Consulting with customers to identify and specify requirements
Understanding business requirements and trace to system design
Analyzing current operating procedures
Evaluating functional requirements for feasibility
Producing technical specifications based on customer-provided business requirements
Developing overall functional and systems requirements and specifications
Conducting business process reengineering
Conducting feasibility studies and trade-off analyses
Preparing business cases for the application of IT solutions
Identifies and evaluates highly effective systems design methodologies and benchmarks best practices from industry and other government organizations
Recommending modifications to improve the functionality of proposed applications
Ensuring the integration of all systems components e.g., procedures, databases, policies, software, and hardware
Communicate business requirements to technical staff
Ability to use available tools, techniques, and standards to produce detailed systems specifications
Requirements Analyst Qualifications:
A minimum of 5 years IT requirements analyst experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office 2007
Proficient in Microsoft Visio 2007
Must have BA/BS or comparable experience
Must have a technical background in .Net and SQL Server solutions
Must be able to read and understand .Net code
Must be able to devise business rules
Must be able to analyze data
