Due to our rapid growth, we are currently seeking a Requirements Analyst Technical Lead to work at our office in Clarksburg, WV. 

RESPONSIBILTIES:

• Elicit requirements from project stakeholders
• Define, maintain, and manage system requirements
• Participate in the planning for system releases
• Maintain requirements traceabililty
• Create and maintain requirements documents
• Manage requirements changes
• Establish strong customer relationships
• Support the design, development, and testing activities as needed
• Lead a team of Requirements Analysts
