Responsibilities:
Strong focus on sourcing passive and active candidates through networking, complex Internet searches, research and telephone calls Be a point of contact for strategic human/market intelligence efforts both regionally and nationally Develop and implement research strategies for current and future open positions Network via Internet, phone, and face-to-face contact to generate pipeline of passive/active candidates suitable for hire. Perform direct follow up on referrals to identify qualified candidates Perform search functions including database mining, job board searches, functional Web site searches, direct sourcing, and cold calling to assist with passive/active candidate development Make initial candidate contact, at various levels, when needed to establish relationships and develop an interest-level in opportunities with O'Neill Consulting Group clients.
Partner with clients to set search strategy, obtain search criteria, and execute searches Source, maintain and update competitive intelligence data to ensure O'Neill Consulting Group maintains its preeminent position in the industry. Maintain compliance and sourced candidate information to ensure that the internal research data base is updated regularly
Qualifications Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university and a minimum of two plus years of experience in candidate research/recruitment at the corporate and/or search firm level Strong command of applicant tracking systems Able to contact prospective candidates and network for additional referrals Able to market the value of research and recruiting to internal clients of various levels Able to call prospects of various levels and hold meaningful discussions Internet search tools and techniques in any of the following: AIRS, CIR certification, Boolean logic or Library Sciences studies Able to conduct research for multiple openings and prioritize work based on business needs Leverage established professional network for good of the firm and continue to build network internally and externally Willing and able to share knowledge with team members in live meetings, net meetings, teleconferences, etc. Able to deal with rapidly changing situations; demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and work independently Highly organized and posses excellent influential/verbal/ written communication skills Team player who displays urgency
