  Research Associate: Molecular Biology

We have an immediate opening for a Research Associate to join a global biotechnology company located north of Boston.

DUTIES:  The position will involve construction of multiple library types, library quantitation/titration and ePCR bead production molecular biology techniques in the workflow upstream of sequencing.

SKILLS: Strong communication skills, ability to work in a multi-disciplinary R&D team and excellent molecular biology technique are a must. Experience in the following areas is considered a plus: PCR amplification, DNA sequencing, microscopy, and general instrumentation.

EDUCATION: Requires B.S. in molecular biology, genetics, biochemistry or related discipline with 1-2 years industrial experience. Experience in applications of molecular biology and technology development preferred.
