Analytical, sensor based instrumentation developer and manufacturer has immediate need for Research Chemist-Scientist, Electrochemist to develop and implement liquid electrochemical sensing technologies to improve and grow the company’s product line.   Position requires experience with the design, development, and application of electrochemical or biomedical sensors.  Responsible for specific projects that include the design and development from concept to production of liquid analytical sensors.  This includes all the analytical methods for development of electrochemical sensors and applied in a structured product development process.

Requires BS/MS Chemistry, 7 plus years industry experience with the design, development, and application of electrochemical sensors for industrial or biomedical applications.   Ability to develop, document, and execute controlled experiments related to electrochemical sensor development and characterization.  In depth understanding of chemistry of water, specifically: pH, oxidation-reduction potential, conductivity, dissolved gases, and their related measuring methods.
