Manage concepts, technicians, and your success:
· Lead multiple dairy flavoring products from inception to commercial success
· Evaluate and develop product and process specifications
· Collaborate and coordinate a technical team
· Liaison between business unit managers to meet company objectives
· Driver for new products
Requirements:
· 5-10 Years Experience
· Degreed in Related Field
· Dairy Ingredient Experience preferred
