We are currently looking for an RESEARCH ENGINEER based in our New Durham, NH office.  Qualified candidate is responsible for design, execution and analysis of laboratory experiments and pilot testing in support of existing research programs and development of new technologies.

Position Responsibilities:

• Designs, supervises and conducts laboratory experiments, including supervision of technicians, in support of research goals established by the Company.
• Supports operation of all experimental facilities, including laboratory, development and pilot scale test beds.
• Specifices technical requirements of test apparatus, including monitoring equipment, to ensure experimental objectives are met.
• Designs experiments and specifies test equipment.  Oversees construction of experimental equipment to ensure design goals are met.
• Develops and reviews laboratory testing procedures and all precautions necessary to ensure the safety of personnel from the hazards specific to the experiment.
• Analyzes experimental results, documents the equipment, method process, and data formally presents part or all the information as requested for review and critique.-Perform analysis and calculations as required to support assigned tasks or as requested to support other efforts of the Company.
• May be required to perform physical tasks associated with experiment construction or execution.  will be expected to travel for purposes of overseeing experiments/tests and to attend conferences or other professional gatherings.

Requirements:

B.S. degree with 8 or more years, M.S. or Ph.D degree in Engineering (Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical) with four or more years of industrial research or engineering experience is required.
