Job Description:

 

·         Research Scientist position within the RAPID Advanced Development Group, which develops concepts for next generation products serving the reticle inspection market.  

·         This person will develop, analyze, and prove optical concepts which together with associated detection algorithms, provides significant extensions in reticle inspection defect sensitivity.   

·         Requires deep understanding as well as a creative approach to imaging physics and detection-oriented signal processing technologies.

 

Qualifications/Education Desired (Skills & Experience):

 

·         Ph.D. degree or equivalent experience in Physics, Applied Physics, or Optics, with strong background in imaging and/or inspection systems.

·         High level of spoken and written English required.
