As an RDM you will recruit, train, guide, and mentor new agency owners who are starting and growing their business with Farmers. You will work side by side with the District Manager in the training and supervision of new and existing agency owners. You will assist in setting and achieving goals for the District as well as acheiving objectives set forth by the State, Division, Region, and National levels of the company.
