Touchmark at Coffee Creek, Edmond’s newest premier resort-style retirement community, is accepting applications for the position of Resident Care Manager of our brand new dementia care neighborhood (scheduled to open in April, 2010). As RCM, you will oversee all aspects of the neighborhood, providing leadership and direction to our staff of caregivers as they provide person-centered care to residents.
Successful candidates will have:

LPN or RN license in good standing with the state of Oklahoma

Demonstrated history of excellent regulatory compliance
-
2+ years experience in health care management
-
Enhanced training for Alzheimer’s and dementia care
-
Excellent people management skills
-
Compassion and empathy for elderly
