Job Description:

CDM is currently looking for an experienced Construction Manager to run large projects in our core business of Water/Wastewater, in the New York City area. As a Construction Manager, you will lead the CM effort for a project or program in New York City. Previous experience with New York City agencies (such as the NYCDEP) is required. 

Requirements:

A successful CDM candidate will have: Over 15 years of progressively more responsible construction services experience in environmental engineering facility construction B.S. in engineering required (post-graduate preferred, P.E. licensure required) Knowledge of relevant legislation and industry practices Excellent written and verbal communication skills The ability to handle daily stress from the multiple and immediate demands of contractors operating under large financial constraints like equipment and personnel downtime

Additional Job Details:

Job requires site visits (up to 10%-20% of time allocation) in which you may face environmental factors such as continuous climbing, exposure to loud noise, seasonal weather, and driving.
