RIDGEVIEW, a not-for-profit community mental health center, based in Oak Ridge, Tennessee has two immediate openings for an Full time- Residential Assistant. 

Ridgeview has served the local community for over 50 years and offers a friendly work environment where staff work together to provide a high quality regional system of services focused on the treatment of mental illness and alcohol and drug related problems, prevention services, appropriate social services, and support to individuals and families.  We strive to improve the quality of life for the individuals we serve.

REQUIREMENTS

High school diploma or equivalent is required; experience in residential facilities and/or mental health preferred.  Must have a valid Tennessee driver’s license, a safe driving record, and must be insurable on Ridgeview’s policy.

JOB DUTIES

This position is primarily responsible for the supervision and safety of all residents in the home.
