Residential Counselors (All Shifts)

Meadowridge, a leading residential behavioral treatment facility, is seeking day, evening and overnight residential counselors to work with students who experience emotional and behavioral difficulties.  Job responsibilities include working with adolescent boys and girls in a therapeutic setting, facilitating therapeutic and fun recreational activities, maintaining safety and security and working as part of an interdisciplinary team including teachers, clinical staff, nursing staff and residential staff. 

Experience working with adolescents and/or a degree in social work, psychology or a related field preferred.  Qualified candidates must have a valid driver's license.   Must be flexible, adaptive, innovative, and able to work well with others within a team approach.

Extensive training included.
