Signature Bank seeks a team player for its Loan Administration department in Midtown Manhattan. Signature's focus is delivering high quality services to a select clientele with attention to developing a professional and lasting relationship.
Residential Lending Associate
In this position, you will act as a liaison between Private Client Groups and the mortgage vendor and process mortgage loan fundings and settlements. You will also prepare mortgage underwriting analysis for Lenders, Perform post closing quality control audits on mortgage files, Prepare various mortgage legal documents and reconcile month end reports.
Required skills:

- Minimum of 3 years of Consumer Residential mortgage loan operations experience
- Credit card knowledge a plus
- Professional will have excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
Salary $40K – $45K
