About the Job
Property Management Company seeks experienced, enthusiastic individual to manage two large New Haven area apartment communities. Must be organized and ready to handle the challenges of today's real estate market including daily interaction with residents and resolution of issues. Responsibilities include budgeting, income/expenses, reporting occupancy/vacancy and traffic reports to corporate, staffing/training and supervision of leasing agents and maintenance staff. The property manager works closely with a senior property manager, and reports directly to the owner. This is a friendly, hardworking environment requiring a creative individual ready to roll up their sleeves and dig in.
