Residential Real Estate Sales Agent / Broker

As a real estate agent for our office, you’ll work with other members of our management team to turn sales leads into home closings. Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain excellent relationships with our customers
• Generate new sales leads for branch office through a variety of methods (prospecting, references, etc.)
• Work with customers throughout the entire sales cycle, from showing houses to home closings
• Work with branch management and other team members to ensure individual and department sales goals are met
• Maintain strong knowledge base of local real estate marketplace

Requirements:

• Superior customer service skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with mortgage processes and procedures
• State-issued real estate license
• Previous real estate experience preferred
