Residential counselor(1st/2nd shift)

Walden Steet School, a division of Justice Resource Institute, is a Residential Treatment Facility in Concord, MA for adolescent girls ages 12-21.

Residential Counselors are needed for full time positions on 2nd  shifts. These shifts include weekends. Some college education and experience preferred; minimum high school education.  Ideal for recent graduates seeking entrance into the Human Services field.

Requirements: 

• Perform direct care responsibilities within the Residential Milieu.
• Direct supervision of students within the milieu while maintaining the safety and security procedures as outlined by agency and program policy and procedures.
• Lead by example and role model for all staff and students appropriate professional behavior within a residential treatment setting.
