Supply Chain Our supply chain organization is responsible for the sourcing, production and distribution of our water products for the end customer. Our home and office supply chain produces our products in 6-gallon, 5-gallon and 3-gallon returnable bottles for delivery to customers homes and businesses. Our retail product is produced in a number of portable PET packages.
JOB TITLE: Technical Resource
DESCRIPTION: The Technical Resource together with the Technical Manager is responsible for supervising maintenance technicians for a high-speed bottling operations.
MAJOR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintenance scheduling and reporting Project management Responsible for all plant technical operations including facilities, blowmolding, grounds, HVAC equipment, etc. Assist with staffing for open positions Provide development opportunities to maintenance technicians through cross-training initiatives and setting clear objectives.
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree with Engineering or Industrial Technology major preferred. 2-4 years of successful current experience in supervising a maintenance group for high-speed, liquid filling manufacturer (beverage, food or pharmaceutical manufacturing). PLC (Allen Bradley) troubleshooting and programming a plus. CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) a plus - MP2. Background with preventive maintenance systems in manufacturing. Background with hydraulics and pneumatics. Must have excellent all-around maintenance skills and experience in areas such as industrial electricity, mechanical power transmission, and fluid piping systems. Must have good computer skills including computerized maintenance management systems, working knowledge of MS Office Application, and PLCs (Plant Automation Systems). Must have good troubleshooting and decision making skills. Must have experience in a high-speed manufacturing environment. Must be comfortable working in a team-oriented environment and be able to handle many responsibilities Must be highly motivated and a proven and effective leader Strong oral and written communication skills along with excellent follow-up capabilities Experience with plant support equipment a plus (air compressors, pumps, chillers, boilers.)
