Resource WFM Analyst I

Responsible for monitoring and assigning inventory and shifting priorities and resources to ensure target metrics are achieved.

Primary duties may include, but not limited to:

  • Develops and provides presentations for leadership.
  • Ensures assigned work is complete.
  • Conducts meetings with operations leadership to discuss strategy, issues, and results.
  • Identifies and communicates issues or unusual trends in inventory.
  • Manages resources based on inventory need; updates schedules.

Resource WFM Analyst II

Responsible for all of the duties of a Resource WFM Analyst I, as well as performing real-time analysis and scheduling functions determined by current business need.

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Gathers data and structures reporting to service business needs.
  • Completes full root-cause analysis on inventory issues and develops action plan.
  • Designs and manages staff scheduling system.
  • Creates and implements inventory reduction plans.
  • Establishes a set of scheduling resources and monitoring systems to manage schedule administration, communication, and track performance.
  • Empowers processing teams through training and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma / GED required.
  • 2 years of experience in claims operations, inventory management, scheduling and forecasting in a claims or call center environment;
  • or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
  • College degree is a plus.
  • Inventory management experience required.
  • Knowledge with Excel, Word, and Outlook required.
  • Knowledge with Microsoft Powerpoint and Access preferred.

 

*This position is required in office in Indianapolis IN, Midland GA, Denver CO, Virginia Beach VA, Tampa FL, Las Vegas NV or Richmond VA
